Shipping policy

This initial launch ships to customers in the United States only.

Standard shipping is USD 8. Standard shipping is free when the merchandise subtotal is USD 70 or more after discounts and before taxes. Express shipping is USD 25.

Available shipping methods, rates, and the order total are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. Delivery estimates may vary by destination, carrier capacity, and the time required to prepare an order.

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact support@doyomi.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered fulfillment.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If an order is returned because the address is incomplete or incorrect, we will contact you about available next steps.
