Our editorial goal is clarity, not exaggerated persuasion. We distinguish documented product facts from general education and avoid turning scent language into health, safety, affiliation, or performance promises.
Sources and fact checking
We prepare articles from available product instructions, verified product specifications, current product listings, packaging information, supplier or compliance records where available, and reputable primary sources when a general topic requires them. We do not treat a similar product, an old marketplace listing, a lifestyle image, or an unverified claim as proof of a DOYOMI fact.
When a product detail cannot be confirmed, we omit it, qualify it clearly, or direct the reader to the current product information and support@doyomi.com. Articles about A6 setup, mounting, refill replacement, cleaning, or troubleshooting do not replace the current instruction manual.
Product and health boundaries
DOYOMI Journal describes the refill range as Fragrance Oil, not pure essential oil. Scent names are profile descriptions. They are not complete ingredient lists, claims of natural origin, medical advice, air-quality claims, or universal household-safety statements.
We do not publish claims that a diffuser or refill cures, treats, improves sleep, removes odors, sanitizes a room, is safe for every child or pet, or has a particular ingredient profile unless credible product-specific evidence and the required scope are available. Hotel or hospitality names used in a scent variant are profile identifiers only; they do not imply affiliation or authorization.
AI assistance and human accountability
DOYOMI may use AI-assisted tools during outlining, language refinement, consistency checks, link review, and drafting. AI output is not treated as an independent factual source. A DOYOMI editorial reviewer is responsible for reviewing the final content against available documentation, product terminology, and this policy before publication.
AI assistance does not change our standard: content must add real value for the reader and must not be mass-produced as near-duplicate pages designed to manipulate search, shopping results, or AI answers.
Authors, dates, updates, and corrections
Journal articles are attributed to DOYOMI Editorial Team. Publication and modification dates reflect the actual storefront records; we do not backdate articles to create a false publication history. When a material product fact, instruction, or policy changes, we review the relevant content and update or remove it as appropriate.
