This page provides practical use and care boundaries for the currently listed DOYOMI A6 Waterless Smart Aroma Diffuser. It is not a substitute for the product label, included instructions, or any destination-specific information that applies to an order. Use the listed A6 system
The A6 is a waterless system. During the current U.S. launch, compatible DOYOMI Fragrance Oil is included in selected A6 Bundle options; standalone refill packs are not currently available to purchase. Do not add water to the device. Do not substitute perfume, an unrelated bottle, water-soluble fragrance, cleaning fluid, or another liquid because it looks similar or has a familiar scent name. Use the current product instructions for setup, wall mounting, refill replacement, charging, and cleaning. If an included component, fit, product state, or instruction is unclear, stop and contact support@doyomi.com. Do not force a part, open the device, alter a wall mount, or attempt an unverified repair.
Charging and placement
The A6 product information identifies Type-C input at DC 5V/2A and a rechargeable 1200mAh battery. Use the current product documentation for the compatible charging method and any battery-handling instructions. Keep the device in a stable, accessible location and do not use a visibly damaged device, cable, connector, or included fragrance component.
Wall installation must follow the documented instructions and included approved components. If wall suitability, attachment, or the current installation is uncertain, use a stable desktop placement instead of making assumptions. Fragrance and household boundaries
Fragrance Oil is a product category label, not an automatic statement about ingredient purity, natural origin, cosmetic use, health, air quality, pet safety, child safety, or medical effect. Do not treat the A6 or a refill as an air purifier, sanitizer, odor-source solution, sleep aid, or treatment product.
For exact ingredient, safety, transport, disposal, or household guidance, the product label and applicable documentation take priority. If a question is not answered by those materials, contact support or seek qualified advice appropriate to the question rather than relying on a general blog post.
When to contact support
Contact support@doyomi.com before use if the product is damaged, a component does not fit as documented, charging behavior is unclear, or an order needs a product-specific answer. Include the product model, selected Bundle, order number when relevant, and a concise description of what you observed. Do not send payment-card details, passwords, identity documents, or other sensitive information by email.
